1. Introduction
1.1. The MDLBEAST Loyalty Program (“Program”) is offered to eligible participants (“Members”) by MDLBEAST (“Company”).
1.2. These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of and participation in the Program. By enrolling in or using any Program benefits, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Membership in the Program is open to individuals who have an active NOFOMO account. An "active" account is one that is accessible to the user. To maintain an active account, customers must use their account credentials created during registration. It is essential for users to keep their credentials secure and log in regularly to ensure continued access.
2.2. By participating, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements under applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
2.3. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. This is necessary because our events have age criteria, and we may need to verify this information, as every event attendee will also be a loyalty customer.
3. Enrollment & Membership
3.1. All users are automatically enrolled in the Program when they register a NOFOMO account.
3.2. Each account is limited to one loyalty membership. Duplicate accounts may be merged or deactivated at the Company’s discretion.
3.3. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
4. Earning & Tiers

10. Limitations of Liability

12. Governing Law & Disputes

12.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
