Returns & Refunds
What is the return period?
You must submit a return within 72 hours of receiving your order
What are the conditions for a return?
The product must not be different, or defective. The product packaging, labels, and tags must be untampered with. Returns will not be accepted if the product is defected by the customer or is returned without original packaging. All returns are subject to a quality check upon receipt at the warehouse.
How do I initiate a return?
by emailing merch@mdlbeast.com with a clear image of the product.
Once your claim is verified, the return process will be initiated.
How will I be refunded?
the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after the product is received and passes the quality check. For cash-on-delivery orders, you will be required to verify your payment details via email, and the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days after verification. Please note that shipping or COD fees are non-refundable.
Shipping
What if my order is damaged during shipping?
NoFoMo is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, you should contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
