FREQUENCY ROOM — FAQs

About Frequency Room & becoming a Freq
What is Frequency Room? Plus
Frequency Room is Jeddah's new home for sound — a music-led cultural space at Hayy Jameel. Not just a music venue: a listening room, café, record shop and education programme under one roof, built on the idea that sound is a universal language and a tool for cultural development.
What is the pre-launch series? Plus
Before the full room opens, we're running Four Friday nights on the first floor at Hayy Jameel — 11 September to 2 October 2026 — limited to 100 guests each. Deep listening on a hi-fi system built for exactly that. Think of it as the sound check.
What is a Freq? Plus
A Freq is a registered member of the Frequency Room community. Freqs hear about nights first, get ticket access before anyone else, and will be first in line for membership when the full room opens.
How do I become a Freq? Plus
Register at frequencyroom.co ("Become a Freq"). Every registration is reviewed — if you're in, you'll hear from us by email and WhatsApp usually within 24 hours with your ticket access.
Does registering guarantee a ticket? Plus
No — it gives you access to buy. Nights are capped at 100 and fill in order of purchase.
What kind of music should I expect? Plus
Electronic music in its deeper forms, played on a system designed for listening — local and regional selectors across multiple paired sets for the pre-launch series. The full lineup is on frequencyroom.co.
Is there a membership fee? Plus
Registering as a Freq is free. Paid membership tiers will be announced when the full room opens.
How do I contact Frequency Room? Plus
Email info@frequencyroom.co or message @frequencyroom.co on Instagram.

Each night's artists are published on frequencyroom.co. Lineups are subject to change; tickets remain valid for the night, not the artist.
Tickets
How do I buy tickets? Plus
Tickets are sold through Nofomo (web and app). Registered Freqs receive their access link directly; everyone else registers at frequencyroom.co first and receives their link once approved.
Why can't I just buy a ticket on Nofomo? Plus
Frequency Room nights are access-by-registration. Register as a Freq, and once you're approved we'll send your purchase link.
How much are tickets? Plus
Your price is your entry window: Early Frequency SR 300 (entry 18:00–20:00) · Second Frequency SR 350 (entry 20:00–01:00).
What does "entry window" mean? Plus
Your ticket tier sets the window in which you can enter. Arrive inside your window and you walk in. Arrive after it closes and entry is subject to availability — and you pay the difference to the tier that's live at the door.
Can I stay all night on an Early ticket? Plus
Yes — your window is about when you come in, not when you leave.
Is there a series pass? Plus
Yes — the Series Pass covers all four Fridays for SR 1,250, with entry at any time from 18:00 up to last entry at 23:00.
What payment methods are accepted? Plus
Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit cards, Mada and Tabby — via Nofomo.
Is there a maximum number of tickets per order? Plus
One ticket per order for now.
Can I get a refund? Plus
No — tickets are non-refundable.
Can I give my ticket to someone else? Plus
No — tickets are personal and non-transferable. Your name and mobile are checked at the door against the booking.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Plus
No — tickets are valid for the night they were bought for.
Can I upgrade my ticket? Plus
At the door, yes — if you arrive after your window closes you can enter subject to availability by paying the difference to the live tier. Advance upgrades are coming soon.
Can I resell my ticket? Plus
No — resale is not permitted, and resold tickets will not be honoured at the door.
Where is my ticket? Plus
In your Nofomo confirmation email and in the Nofomo app — your ticket is a QR code. Bring the phone you booked with.
Are group discounts available? Plus
No — the Series Pass is the only bundle we offer, and it covers one person across all five nights.
Can I buy tickets at the door? Plus
Sometimes — a limited number of door tickets may be released on the night, subject to availability and door approval. Registering as a Freq in advance is still the only way to guarantee access.
